The United States of America has been the biggest name in education for the longest time. The Ivy League schools and other institutions such as MIT have attracted thousands of students from various parts of the world. But post pandemic, we have seen a shift in the causes of students when it comes to studying abroad. Students are actively more inclined towards European countries and other countries like Canada and Australia.
The concept of the American dream seems to become irrelevant as America no longer enjoys the sole power in the Education market like before. This is because it has become a lot easier to study in other countries as compared to the US for international students. Also the cost of studying in the US is extremely expensive. Europe and Canada offer a lot of affordable options. The US market is also going through a turmoil which is why the jobs offered to international students are scars and insecure.
