Worst places to study abroad

posted on: September 28, 2022

The title of this article may seem a little off-putting to you. This is because generally, you come across articles guiding you about the best countries for studying abroad. Very rarely do you see articles telling you to not study in some particular countries? It is important for you to be aware of what country you must avoid considering studying in if you're planning to go abroad to pursue your education. Here are those countries-

  • Avoid countries like Thailand and Fiji if you don't like summers and can't bear the heat. Both of these countries are extremely humid and hot throughout the year. It is very difficult for students to adjust to the climate. Choose Russia or Canada instead for a cool temperature.
  • If you are vegetarian or vegan, don't ever think about studying in Portugal or Japan. Both of these countries barely have any dish that is fully vegetarian. The right choice is India or Germany for this.
  • Don't think of studying in China and Japan if you are a nature freak and like being close to nature. Both of these countries are high on human resources and are extremely capitalized. You will very rarely get to see any countryside or nature. New Zealand and Scotland are recommended options.
  • European countries like Spain, Italy, and Greece are known for their natural beauty and beaches. If you're looking to accelerate your career opportunities and are a person of competitive nature then avoid all of these countries. For this South Korea should be your choice
  • If you are a student who is concerned about your security then avoid studying in Brazil as it has high crime rates. Choose Japan instead because Japan is very low on crime.
  • Are you a student on a budget crunch? If yes then cut the name of England from your list and instead add countries like Peru and Hungary.
