The Bachelor of Arts provides students with a unique approach to the study of music. Students are encouraged to study and perform a wide range of musical forms, and examine music and its roles in other cultures and its relation to literature, politics and art. Students have the freedom to create, perform, and study a range of musical forms; to write original scores, to give public performances; and are challenged to think of music in new ways, and study it in relation to other arts, literature, and politics. Offered by the Department of Music in the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
