On Campus
The Social Science Honors program offers students the opportunity to work closely with a faculty mentor for two semesters on an original research project and to present their work at one or more conference venues such as the Northern California Phi Alpha Theta (History Honors Society) Conference, the National Conference for Undergraduate Research, and the Pacific Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Conference. At the end of the program students will have a high caliber and substantial senior thesis as well as experience presenting their research findings publicly.
