International students: 
d) Copy of the passport and visa. The student must also carry the original passport at the time of admission for any verification required.
e) Original Medical Fitness Certificate.
f) Original HIV Report.
g) Copy of the offer letter issued by the Institute.
h) Three passport size photographs.
