Notable Innovation

01.
Advanced Nanofluid Heat Transfer Modeling

Researchers at UBMA conducted a comprehensive study on the heat transfer characteristics of ternary hybrid nanofluids (THNFs) comprising Fe₃O₄, single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs), and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) suspended in water–ethylene glycol mixtures. The study analyzed the flow behavior toward an electromagnetic hydrodynamic (EMHD) plate under various conditions, including thermal radiation and velocity slip effects. Findings from this research provide valuable insights for optimizing thermal systems in engineering applications.
