1. Eligibility Criteria
Academic: High school diploma with strong grades in STEM subjects (Physics/Chemistry/Math required for engineering programs).
Age: 18–25 years old (exceptions possible for outstanding applicants).
Language:
Chinese-taught programs: HSK 5 (≥180/300) for most majors; HSK 4 allowed for preparatory year.
English-taught programs (e.g., AI, Mechanical Engineering): IELTS 6.0+/TOEFL 80+ or proof of prior English-medium education.
2. Required Documents
High school transcripts (notarized + English/Chinese translation).
Diploma/certificate of graduation.
Passport copy (valid ≥2 years).
Language certificate (HSK/IELTS/TOEFL).
Personal statement (500 words; focus on STEM interests/career goals).
Two recommendation letters (STEM teachers preferred).
Physical exam record (HIV/tuberculosis-free).
