The below information is required while
completing the university application :
1. Academic Requirements
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Minimum GPA of 2.75/4.0 (some programs require 3.0+).
Official transcripts (must be evaluated by a NACES-approved credential service if not in English).
2. English Language Proficiency
TOEFL iBT: 79+
IELTS: 6.5+
Duolingo: 105+
PTE Academic: 53+
Exceptions: Applicants from English-speaking countries or those with a degree from an English-medium institution may be exempt.
3. Standardized Tests (Program-Specific)
GRE/GMAT: Required for some programs (e.g., MBA, Computer Science, Psychology). Check department requirements.
Some programs may waive tests for applicants with strong academic/professional backgrounds.
4. Letters of Recommendation
Typically 2-3 letters from academic or professional references.
5. Statement of Purpose/Personal Essay
A 500–1000-word essay outlining academic goals, research interests, and reasons for choosing the program.
6. Resume/CV
Required for most programs, especially business (MBA) and technical fields.
7. Financial Documentation
Proof of sufficient funds (bank statements or sponsor letters) covering at least one year of tuition + living expenses (~$25,000–$35,000 USD).
Affidavit of Support (if sponsored).
8. Visa & Immigration Documents
Valid passport.
After admission, students receive an I-20 form to apply for an F-1 visa.
Program-Specific Requirements
MBA: Work experience preferred (not mandatory).
Education: Teaching certification may be required for some tracks.
Thesis/Non-Thesis Options: Some programs require a research proposal.
