It was established as a university in 1992. The former names of this university are Plymouth Polytechnic, Polytechnic Southwest, Rolle College, Exeter College of Art and Design, Seale- Hayne College.

The Student Hub is the University’s first point of contact for all non-academic student queries where dedicated advisers help students get the most out of their time at the university. 1 . Sports and Fitness

The University of Plymouth offers BSc ( Hons)Sports, Health and Exercise Sciences.
