d) TOEFL/IELTS scores if the applicant’s native language is not English
e) TOEFL: IBT- minimum overall score of 84 (with no less than 21 in each band); IELTS: minimum overall score of 6.5 bands (with no bands less than 6.0)
f) English proficiency requirements can be higher for certain programs
