This course will give you the opportunity to develop the specialist skills and knowledge needed for management within the global hotel industry. On this course you will learn about the management of hotel products and services in a global economy, and we will encourage you to develop a strategic approach to the ever-changing business, economic and social demands placed on the international hotel sector.
