This postgraduate degree offers an intensive and challenging approach to the study of the Classical Mediterranean worlds across the Greek and Roman periods. The course questions the traditional ways in which we reconstruct the classical past, and interrogates current understandings and perceptions of Greek and Roman societies across the Mediterranean.

A 2:1 degree, or equivalent, in Archaeology, Classics/Classical Studies, Ancient History or a closely related subject.If you have a non-relevant degree it may be possible to attain entry via successful completion of specified conversion modules to an appropriate standard, by prior agreement with the Course Director.If you have extensive relevant professional experience (5 years or more) you may be considered.IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
