The UE Berlin campus, located between Potsdamer Platz and Anhalter Bahnhof in Kreuzberg, offers highly modern, compact infrastructure central to Germany’s creative hub. Facilities include photo, radio, green‑screen, and animation studios; a founders’ workshop (‘Gründerwerkstatt’); exhibition and collaborative project space; a cafeteria; common lounge areas; well-equipped lecture halls; Wi‑Fi and digital classrooms, and PC pools. The campus spans nearly 7,000 sq ft and integrates seamlessly with media and business enterprises in the surrounding city center.
UE hosts an international and dynamic student community with active associations and events that foster collaboration and multicultural engagement. Associations and networks across Berlin, Hamburg, and Iserlohn coordinate social and cultural programming—ranging from creative exhibitions to welcome and networking events—designed to support academic and personal growth . UE’s strategic Berlin location also offers students easy access to the city’s café culture, cultural venues, startups, and networking events.
UE’s Career Development Centre is a core institutional feature, offering personalised consultations, skills workshops, and an integrated JobTeaser portal connecting students to internships and graduate positions. Services include help with CV/resume writing, interview preparation, assessment centre training, and organising annual Alumni Day and employer events. This Centre also operates a mentoring scheme pairing current students with UE alumni for career guidance and networking . UE consistently achieves placement rates at or above 90% within 12 months of graduation, with average salaries around €60,000/year in sectors ranging from consulting to media/design companies like Amazon, PwC, SAP, and Adidas.
The below information is required while
completing the university application :
1. Academic Qualification
Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g. IB, A?levels, vocational diploma) recognized for German university entrance .
In exceptional cases, applicants with relevant vocational qualifications and ≥2 years of work experience may be considered.
2. Language Proficiency
For English?taught programmes, minimum IELTS 5.5 (or TOEFL iBT?60, Duolingo 100, Pearson PTE 56, Cambridge First/Advanced score B2) is required .
3. Additional Assessment
International (non?EU) applicants may need to complete a short written essay as an admission test depending on national education background .
4. Supporting Documents
