Ahlia University has established specific admission requirements for its undergraduate programs to ensure that candidates are well-prepared for academic success. Here are six key requirements:
Recognized Secondary School Certificate: Applicants must hold a recognized and endorsed secondary school certificate or its equivalent.
Minimum Academic Scores: Program-specific minimum academic scores are required. For instance, the Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Communication Engineering requires a minimum of 70% for unconditional acceptance and 60% for conditional acceptance, with accepted tracks including Science, Technical, and General.
English Language Proficiency: Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English. Those who do not meet the required proficiency levels may need to take placement tests or complete orientation courses.
Placement Tests: Applicants who do not meet the English proficiency requirements are required to pass placement tests in English and Mathematics. Successful performance in these tests may exempt students from orientation programs.
Medical Fitness: Applicants must be medically fit for the academic program they wish to enroll in.
Required Documents: Applicants need to submit a completed undergraduate application form, a recent passport-sized photo, a copy of their ID card (if available), a copy of their secondary school certificate, transcripts of grades for the last three years of secondary school, and a medical report indicating physical fitness.
