The below information is required while
completing the university application :
Academic Requirements:
Completion of secondary school with a recognized diploma.
Minimum required grades in core subjects (varies by program).
Some programs may require prerequisite courses (e.g., Math, Science).
Documents Required:
Official high school transcripts.
Certified translation of documents (if not in English or French).
Copy of passport.
Statement of purpose or letter of intent (if required by the program).
Letters of recommendation (for certain programs).
English Proficiency Test:
TOEFL iBT: Minimum 90 (with a minimum of 21 in each section).
IELTS: Minimum 6.5 (with no band below 6.0).
Duolingo English Test: Minimum 120.
Exemptions available for students from English-speaking countries or those who completed previous education in English.

On August 24, 2024, Concordia celebrated its 50th anniversary, marking five decades of growth and transformation since the merger that formed the university.
In 2018, alumna Gina Cody made a historic $15 million donation to Concordia. In recognition, the university named its engineering and computer science faculty the Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science, making it the first engineering faculty in Canada named after a woman.
In September 2005, Concordia inaugurated the Engineering, Computer Science, and Visual Arts Integrated Complex, a state-of-the-art facility designed to foster interdisciplinary collaboration among these fields.
