Abbey Cambridge's Careers department strives to fulfil all eight Gatsby Index requirements for Good Careers Guidance in order to make sure that our students are well equipped to handle the job challenges that lie ahead of them after they graduate from college. Abbey Careers program provides a top-notch, unbiased, and current information and assistance program, which includes: • The College invites speakers, including professionals and past students. • Participating at conferences and employment fairs • They host a number of career-related events, such as our annual UCAS Fair, where students from Y11 onwards use Unifrog to look at career opportunities and reflect on their own skills and aptitudes through the extensive personality tests available on the website, and our staff members give enrichment talks on careers in their specialised subject fields. • There are workshops on interviewing and CV writing.
