Agrocampus Ouest History

Agrocampus Ouest is a French higher education establishment with tis campuses located in Rennes and Angers. The institution was established in year 2008 after Institut National d'Horticulture et de Paysage in Angers and Agrocampus Rennes in Rennes were merged. It currently enrols over 1900 graduate and doctoral students.

Agrocampus Ouest Programs, Courses, and Schools

Agrocampus Ouest offers four Master of Science programs in Agricultural Sciences, Horticulture Sciences, Landscape Sciences, and Food Industry Sciences in addition to nine Bachelor in Sciences degrees in Life Sciences with a range of specialisations to choose from.

Agrocampus Ouest also offers a number of Doctoral programs in subjects such as LifeAgro Health, Plants, Environment and Health, Material Sciences, Human Sciences, Organisations and Society, Mathematics and Telecommunications, Law and Economy, Management, and Environmental Sciences.

Agrocampus Ouest is based across two campuses in Rennes and Angers in France with the Rennes campus serving as the administrative headquarters of the school. Both the campuses offer a range of student centric facilities in addition to modern teaching spaces.

Agrocampus Ouest offers classrooms and lecture halls, well-stocked libraries with books, periodicals, and journals in both digital and print formats, scientific and engineering laboratories, and student halls of residence in addition to dining, recreational, and leisure facilities.
