Altai State University History

Altai State University was established in the year 1973. It is a public university which is situated in Barnaul in Russia. It is a research oriented university with coeducational education system. It was formed after the passage of the decree. It changed from state educational institution to federal state education institution.

Altai State University comprises of thirteen institutes and three training centres. Each is further categorised into various departments. It offers bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree programs. Additional study courses include student exchange program, innovation studies and e-learning.
