Completion of high school education equivalent to New Zealand's NCEA Level 3.

Achievement of 14 credits at Level 3 in each of three approved subjects.

Literacy: 10 credits at Level 2 or above, comprising 5 credits in reading and 5 in writing.

Numeracy: 10 credits at Level 1 or above.

IELTS: Overall score of 6.0, with no band lower than 5.5.

TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 60, with a writing score of 18.

PTE Academic: Score of 50, with no band lower than 42.
