Aristotle University of Thessaloniki History

The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki also known as Aristotelian University or the University of Thessaloniki is a university-based in Thessaloniki, Serres, Greece. The university was established in 1925 under the premiership of Alexandros Papanastassiou. The university is named after Aristotle, is the sixth oldest education institution in Greece, and regarded as one of the highest-ranked universities in the country.
