ARUCAD's infrastructure includes the Main Campus in Kyrenia with state-of-the-art studios, workshops, and digital labs, as well as the Lefkoşa Campus (Bandabuliya Campus) in the heart of Nicosia Walled City within the historic Bandabuliya complex, featuring restored studios, performance spaces, laboratories and workshops. The university houses Mac Labs with 54 Mac computers equipped with the latest software for digital design applications, PC Labs with powerful and up-to-date Windows computers for computer graphics, editing, design and 3D programmes, and the first Fab Lab on the island of Cyprus, officially recognized as a technical prototyping platform for creativity, innovation, invention and entrepreneurship, with facilities including CNC milling and sculpting, 3D printing, Laser Cutting, 3D scanning, Vinyl Cutting, and Virtual and Augmented Reality. The campus includes a library with study areas, soundproof glass-enclosed modern workspaces, and a Digital Library laboratory, alongside cinema, security, health center, digital design studios, film studio, cafeteria, career office, art center, gallery, academic counseling, and theatre.

Students can access the Student Information System and all computers in the university using their username and password. The library provides support from staff for membership procedures, and faculty members, administrative and retired staff, students, and alumni of the university, as well as members of other universities and external researchers, may use the library under the rules set by the university.

Student clubs include the Bouldering Club, which offers regular bouldering sessions and outdoor activities for students to improve their physical strength, balance, and problem-solving skills while engaging in an active and social environment. The university also organizes various competitions, exhibitions, and cultural events, including the "Random ARUCAD" exhibition, dance competitions, and fashion design competitions, fostering a creative and dynamic campus atmosphere. The Contemporary Dance Department students have achieved success in inter-university dance competitions, winning gold medals in multiple categories.

ARUCAD provides students with STUDIO style comfortable accommodation options, located within 10 minutes walking distance from the university's campus, offering a standard 2 persons Studio flat type accommodation in a safe, comfortable and well-cared environment. The university offers attractive scholarships to international prospective students that include tuition, dormitory fees, and a monthly allowance. Students who will accommodate in the dormitory are required to complete the registration process at the Student Accounting Office. The library collection is protected by an RFID smart security system, and users must pass through the electronic security system when exiting the library.
