The below information is required while
completing the university application :
To be considered for admission into a bachelor's program at Baku State University (BSU), applicants are generally required to fulfill the following criteria:
Completed Secondary Education: Applicants must have successfully completed their secondary education, equivalent to the Azerbaijani general education certificate, demonstrating eligibility for higher education studies.
Application Form: Submission of a duly filled application form addressed to the Rector of BSU, indicating the chosen field of study.
Official Academic Transcripts and Certificates: Provision of notarized copies of academic records, including secondary school certificates and transcripts.
Proof of Identity: A notarized copy of the applicant's passport or national identification card, translated into Azerbaijani if necessary.
Medical Certificate: A health certificate confirming the absence of infectious diseases, including HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B, and C viruses.
Photographs: Submission of recent passport-sized photographs, typically 6 to 8 copies as specified by the university.

The device's energy efficiency is achieved by reducing the delay time of pulse gas discharge and increasing the frequency of pulse repetitions
In 2021, Razim Bayramli, head of the Physics Department at Baku Engineering University and a collaborator with BSU, co-invented methods for studying structural transformation mechanisms in optically transparent crystals.
