Itenas has 3 main faculties that oversee 14 undergraduate (S1) study programs and 3 postgraduate (S2) programs. The Faculty of Industrial Technology (FTI) offers Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Informatics, and Information Systems at the undergraduate level, along with Master of Industrial Engineering and Master of Mechanical Engineering at the postgraduate level. The Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning (FTSP) offers Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, and Environmental Engineering at the undergraduate level, along with Master of Civil Engineering at the postgraduate level. The Faculty of Architecture and Design (FAD) offers Architecture, Product Design, Interior Design, and Visual Communication Design at the undergraduate level.

Itenas is strategically located at Jl. PH.H. Mustopa No. 23, Bandung, Indonesia. The campus is easily accessible from various directions and is surrounded by shopping centers, culinary hubs, and residential areas, making it a vibrant and enjoyable campus environment. The campus is also in close proximity to several other universities such as Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad), Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, Universitas Parahyangan (Unpar), Telkom University, and Universitas Widyatama

Although the campus does not provide internal dormitories, its strategic location in the center of Bandung makes it easy for students to find accommodation around the campus. This area is surrounded by housing and various public facilities, so students have many accommodation options with easy access to campus. The city of Bandung also has various accommodations ranging from apartments to hotels that can cater to different needs and budgets.

For international students who enroll for Diploma, Bachelor, and Master Programs, Itenas assists students to apply for a Limited Residence Visa or TELEX Visa (C316). This visa is used for foreigners who plan to stay for a relatively longer period of time, or also plan to Work, Investment, Research, Study, Family Reunification, Repatriation, as Overseas Tourists. This visa can be applied to the Directorate General of Immigration and can be valid until 4 years for the Bachelor Program period. For students enrolling in inbound mobility programs such as student exchange (1 semester), short course, joint course, or joint research, a Visiting Visa (Visa Type B index 211) is advised, which is valid for 60 days and can be extended a maximum of 4 times with an additional 30 days for each extension.

The study permit will be processed by the International Office of Itenas to the Directorate General of Higher Education. The requirements include a recommendation letter, a copy of certificate/transcript in English, a copy of passport, an original statement of financial support, an original statement of legality and compliance, a health certificate, and two recent photographs. After arriving in Bandung, the process of converting the Telex Visa into a Limited Stay Permit (KITAS) is carried out. The International Office of Itenas assists international students in handling the entire immigration process, including visa applications and extensions.
