General Eligibility:

Applicants need a relevant Bachelor’s degree with a good academic record (generally “above average”)?.

Many Master’s programmes demand a qualification check, which may include portfolio reviews, academic writing samples, and interviews?.

Selected Program Requirements:

Computer Science for Digital Media (M.Sc.):

Bachelor’s in CS, media informatics, math, or engineering with at least 90 ECTS in math/CS, and German-equivalent GPA ≥ 2.0?.

English proficiency required: TOEFL?≥?85 or IELTS?≥?6.5 (may be waived for recognized degrees)?.

Human–Computer Interaction (M.Sc.):

B.Sc. in HCI, CS, or related technical field; GPA ≥ 2.0 (German scale), plus motivation letter and documented relevant projects?.

English B2 CEFR or equivalent?.

Digital Engineering (M.Sc.):

Related Bachelor’s (civil eng., CS, etc.) with GPA ≥ 2.3, plus thesis or equivalent academic report?.

English B2 level, and submission of motivation letter; interviews may follow?.

Media Studies (M.A.):

Bachelor’s in media/cultural studies or related with excellent grades, plus German C1; requires ~3–4 page motivation essay.
