c) A copy of the passport photo page, including expiration date
d) A bank statement dated no earlier than 6 months before application, with a minimum balance of $26,130 USD
e) Valid proof of English language proficiency (TOEFL: 61 IBT, IELTS: 6.0/5.5, Duolingo: 95)
f) Transcripts in English from the current and/or previous schools
