The university’s scientific and didactic infrastructure is state-of-the-art. The Centre for Modern Education (CNK PB) is a modern building that houses the PB Library, the Foreign Language Centre, a Remote Learning Centre, and the Scientific Research and Development Centre. In 2015, the university commissioned the “INNO-EKO-TECH” facility, an Innovative Research and Education Centre for Alternative Energy Sources, Energy-efficient Construction, and Environmental Protection, which aims to modernize the university’s infrastructure and improve the quality of education by using modern ICT solutions. The Institute of Forest Sciences in Hajnówka includes a 50-seat seminar room and four specialist laboratories for research on the forest environment.
Student life at Bialystok University of Technology is vibrant and filled with opportunities for integration, development, and recreation. The university hosts events such as the “Campus Days,” three days filled with sports competitions, intellectual rivalry, creative contests, and social activities like barbecues, coffee brewing workshops, and foam fencing competitions. The “ACROSS Student’s Fair Day” presents students with a wide spectrum of opportunities offered by the European University ACROSS, including mobility forms, online courses, study visits, and summer schools. For relaxation, a new Recreational Student Zone is being developed on campus as a green meeting and relaxation space, available to the entire university community.


The Career Development and Alumni Relations Office is the primary hub for career support. It offers free and direct job placement services, maintaining a database of permanent and temporary jobs and traineeship offers. The office helps students and alumni find jobs and make decisions concerning their professional development. The university also engages in projects like “FUTURES,” which aims to develop innovative, future-oriented processes and tools to foster personal and professional development among students and early-stage researchers. Additionally, employers participate in debates at the university, highlighting the competencies they value, such as teamwork skills, analytical thinking, openness, communication skills, and advanced digital competencies.
The below information is required while
completing the university application :
1. Payment of an admission fee (85 PLN).
2. Submission of a completed application form and a student’s declaration with a wet signature.
3. High Secondary School Certificate with a mark sheet, either in English or translated into Polish by a sworn translator. This certificate must be recognized by NAWA (the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange) if required.
4. For international students applying to English-taught programs, a recognised English certificate at B2 level or higher is required.
