Bluefield University History

Bluefield University was established in the year 1922 as Bluefield College. The residents of Bluefield donate their land and provide start-up funds for the foundation of the college. It established itself as a four-year college in 1975. On August 18, 2021, Bluefield College achieved University status and became Bluefield University.
