Students undertake multiple internships from their first year onwards, accumulating nearly a full year of professional experience over a five-year study path. These internships are completed with architecture firms, design studios, fashion houses, advertising agencies, digital media companies, and creative businesses, enabling students to develop professional portfolios, industry networks, and practical skills before graduation. The college's project-based curriculum, taught by active industry professionals, further enhances employability by exposing students to real-world design challenges and client briefs.
The below information is required while
completing the university application :
1. International applicants seeking admission to an undergraduate programme at CAD College of Art and Design Brussels must satisfy both the academic and creative entry requirements.
2. Applicants are required to hold a recognized secondary/high school diploma.
3. Since all programmes are taught in English, students should demonstrate an adequate level of English proficiency; accepted tests include IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, Cambridge English, or Duolingo English Test, although a certificate is not mandatory at the time of application if the applicant can demonstrate sufficient language ability.
4. Applicants must submit a completed application form, copies of their academic transcripts from the last two years, their secondary school diploma, a valid passport or identity card, a recent passport sized photograph, a motivation letter/questionnaire written in English, and an artistic portfolio showcasing drawings, photographs, creative projects, or other relevant work.
5. Shortlisted candidates are invited to attend a selection interview, which may be conducted online for international applicants.
