Complete and submit the online application (either direct PennWest or via Common App).

Provide official high school transcript (or GED/secondary education equivalency) showing graduation. 

Provide standardized test scores (e.g., SAT or ACT) (though some requirements may be waived, e.g., if applicant has been out of high school for more than two years or has college credits). 

For transfer students: submit transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended. 

Non-academic materials may include essay/personal statement, letters of recommendation, etc., depending on the program. (Note: for some undergrad admissions, test scores or recommendations could be optional; details vary by major/campus)
