Seven miles (11 km) from campus lies Clay Hill Memorial Forest, another area of the university. Broadway Hall has spacious rooms with showers and toilets that can accommodate two to three people. Every space at Broadway Hall has its own climate control system. Ideal for people who like a private restroom and a little more space. Each room has two students assigned to it.
