The Catawba College housing is the perfect place to experience student life. There are more than 30 dormitories for students, all of which are fully furnished with desks, study tables, closets, dressers, and beds. Most of the students get on-campus housing services approximately 83%, with halls, apartments, living-learning communities, and so on services. All residence halls are air-conditioned and each room has a large twin mattress, study table, and laundry facilities are also available for use in each hall 24 hours per day.

Catawba College Campus is located in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Fairfax is the main campus of the University expanded over an area of 953 acres and the other three campuses expanded over an area of 1148 acres. Some famous buildings of the University include Student Union Building, Johnson Center, the Center for Arts, the gym, the stadium, the aquatic center, and many more. Eagle Bank Arena is located on the Fairfax campus that a capacity of 10,000 seats.
