The university’s general infrastructure is distributed across three locations in the Czech Republic. The main headquarters is located in a historic building in the center of Prague at Jungmannova 28/17, Prague 1. A second building is situated at Drtinova 467, Prague 5, and a study center is located in the historic town of Český Krumlov at Linecká 43.
