For upperclassmen, apartment-style housing in The Quads and Wingate Apartments provides fully furnished units with kitchens, living rooms, and private or semi-private bedrooms, offering a more independent living experience. Suite-style housing in newer residence halls includes shared bedrooms connected by semi-private bathrooms, as well as community kitchens and study spaces, blending privacy with interaction. All accommodations are furnished with essential amenities, such as beds, desks, and closets, and include high-speed internet, utilities, and laundry facilities. Dining plans provide access to campus eateries, while 24/7 security, key-card access, and emergency systems ensure safety. Freshmen are generally required to live on campus unless exempted, and housing applications are submitted through the CSU portal, with costs and preferences considered during the assignment process.
