Academic & English Proficiency Criteria
Full Admission:
Recognized Bachelor’s degree (relevant field) with minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0, accredited in the UAE or internationally equivalent.
English-proficient:
Master’s/Doctoral (English programs): IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL ITP 550 (IBT 79).
PhD in Law: IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL ITP 500.
Arabic-taught Master’s/PG Diploma: IELTS 4.5 or TOEFL ITP 450.
Conditional Admission Categories
CGPA 2.5–2.99: Conditioned entry, allowed up to 6 credit hours, must reach CGPA ≥3.0 thereafter.
CGPA 2.0–2.49: Conditioned entry, allowed up to 9 non-credit remedial graduate hours, must reach CGPA ≥3.0 upon completion.
Applicants with lower English test scores (e.g., IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL ITP 530) may enter conditionally. They must complete required credit hours and upgrade their English proficiency to IELTS 6.0 (or Arabic requirement) to continue.

Applicants must provide:
Completed CUA application form and non-refundable fee.
Attested transcripts and degree certificates.
Equivalency letter if degree is from outside UAE.
English proficiency or exemption letter.
Passport, UAE ID, visa, photos, and National Service certificate (UAE male nationals only).
For graduate applicants: CV, two recommendation letters, medical report, and good conduct certificate. Additional deposits may be required for specific programs (e.g., AED?21,000 for Dentistry, AED?15,000 for DBA).
