GPA Requirement

Admissions preference is given to applicants with a cumulative and core high school GPA of 2.5 or above on a 4.0 scale. 

Test-Optional Policy

Clarke is test-optional. Students may submit SAT or ACT scores if they believe them to strengthen their application, but it is not required

High School Transcripts

Must provide transcripts from high school. Unofficial transcripts may be used for the purposes of admission, but official ones are required for enrollment

International Student Requirements

For non-native English speakers or international applicants, proof of English proficiency via TOEFL, Duolingo, or IELTS scores is required. For undergraduate admission, acceptable scores include TOEFL iBT 75 or higher, TOEFL PBT 550 or higher, or equivalent in Duolingo/IELTS. 

Must submit foreign transcripts evaluated by credentialing services like Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or World Education Services (WES).

Transfer Students

Students transferring in must submit transcripts from all prior institutions. They need to demonstrate academic progress in college coursework. If they have fewer college credits (e.g. under 24), a final high school transcript may be required.
