College of the Ozarks History
College of the Ozarks is an American liberal arts institution located in Point Lookout, Missouri. The college was established in 1906 after donations from Louis and William Huggins and is an undergraduate only institution. It currently enrols over 1500 students.
College of the Ozarks Programs, Courses, and Schools
College of the Ozarks is an undergraduate only institution and offers a number of Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts programs in over 30 major subjects. Some of the subject offerings include Business, Economics, Finance, Anthropology, Christian Studies, Classical Languages, and History.
College of the Ozarks also offers programs in Psychology, Political Science and Government, International Relations, Computer Science, Education and Pedagogy, Media and Communication, Cultural Studies, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
College of the Ozarks Campuses
College of the Ozarks has an expansive campus spread over an area of 1000 acres overlooking the White River in Point Lookout, Missouri. The campus was historically based on a 16 acre campus but saw massive expansion in the last 1950s and early 1960s.
College of the Ozarks comprises of a number of purpose built buildings housing the student halls of residence, lecture theatres and classrooms, research libraries, and student support center in addition to health and fitness centers, shop and bookstores, dining options, sports facilities, and student union.

College of the Ozarks is ranked 4th in the rankings of regional colleges in the Midwestern US by US News and World Report. The college is also ranked 1st nationally for best undergraduate teaching by US News and World Report.

College of the Ozarks USP
College of the Ozarks has no tuition fee for students but instead relies on student work programs and donations. The students are required to work 15 hours during term time and 40 hours during breaks on the campus under this program.
College of the Ozarks is a very selective institution with its acceptance rate ranging between 10 to 11%. The college also boasts of a low student to faculty ratio of 16:1 and smaller class sizes.
