Established in 1870, the Colorado State University is a public research university located in Fort Collins, in the US. It is the flagship campus of Colorado State University system and is the state’s land grant university. Its graduates include many astronauts, CEO’s and Pulitzer Prize winners.

The university offers over 250 programs, 50 minors and several advising tracks. It has eight different colleges and graduate programs in the schools of business, engineering, education and the renowned College of Veterinary Medicine. Colorado State University is considered to be one of the leading research universities.

 According to the International Student Barometer in 2013 Colorado was ranked number one for international student satisfaction. The university’s Professional Veterinary Medicine program is currently ranked second in the nation by U.S. News & World Report.
