2. English Language Proficiency:
For non-native English speakers, proof of proficiency is required. Accepted tests and typical minimum scores include:

TOEFL iBT: A minimum score of 80.
Other equivalent tests (e.g., Duolingo English Test) may be accepted.

3. Professional Experience:
