The university has two main campuses: one in Falun, known for its UNESCO World Heritage site and traditional Swedish culture, and one in Borlänge, a modern commercial and industrial centre. The campuses are only about 20 minutes apart by train, making it easy to use facilities at both locations.
The guaranteed student accommodation is furnished and includes a private room. You will typically share a kitchen, lounge, and bathroom facilities with other students. Utilities like electricity, water, heating, and internet are included in the monthly rent. Laundry facilities are available in the building.
The easiest way is to take a direct train from Stockholm Arlanda Airport or Stockholm Central Station to either Borlänge or Falun. The journey takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. The university also arranges a welcome pickup service for new international students at the beginning of the semester.
