1. Academic Documents (Transcripts)

Requirement: A U.S. bachelor's degree or an equivalent international credential from an accredited institution.

What to Submit: Transcripts from every university or college you have attended. An official copy will be required upon admission.

Evaluation: There is no minimum GPA, but the class profile typically has a median undergraduate GPA of around 3.5. The admissions committee looks for rigorous coursework and a strong academic record.

2. Entrance Test (GMAT/GRE)

Requirement: A valid GMAT or GRE score.

No Preference: Darden has no preference between the GMAT and the GRE.

Typical Scores: The middle 80% of the enrolled class typically scores between:

GMAT: 615-740

GRE: 311-326 (Verbal + Quantitative)

Test Waivers: Waivers may be available on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. This requires a formal request and justification.

3. English Language Test (For Non-Native Speakers)

Requirement: TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE scores are required for most non-native English speakers unless you have earned a university degree taught exclusively in English.

Typical Scores:

TOEFL iBT: A minimum of 115 is recommended (Darden is known for its high language bar due to its case method participation).

IELTS: A minimum band score of 7.0 is recommended.

PTE: A minimum score of 70 is recommended.
