Associate Degree or Sufficient College Credits

Must have an associate degree (or foreign equivalent), OR

Have completed 60+ semester credit hours (or 90+ quarter credit hours) from an accredited institution. 

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Proof of high school diploma or its foreign equivalent is required. 

College-Level English & Math

Must have completed at least one English and one Math course at college level, with a grade of C or higher. 

English Proficiency (for International Students)

If the applicant’s prior education was outside the U.S., must demonstrate English proficiency via TOEFL / IELTS or equivalent + provide certified English translations if transcripts are not already in English. 

Transcripts / Documentation

Official transcripts from all previous schools attended; for international transcripts, possibly a credential evaluation via NACES if internal evaluator cannot assess. 

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of US$35 for the bachelor’s program. 

Official Identification

Scan of government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) is required. 

Technology Requirements

Access to a computer, web browser, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF reader, webcam, microphone/headset.
