Eindhoven University of Technology is a public university of technology which was established in the year 1956. The university is located in Eindhoven and was second of its kind in the Netherlands.
Eindhoven University of Technology comprises nine educational departments such as Biomedical Engineering, Built Environment, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, Chemical Engineering and Chemistry, Industrial Engineering & Innovation Sciences, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, and Mathematics & Computer Science. The university has four centers: Center for Wireless Technology Eindhoven, Center for Care and Cure Technologies Eindhoven, Center for Power and Energy Eindhoven, Inter-university research school, and Center for Communication technology Basic Research and Applications. The university also has Eindhoven School of Education (ESoE) and offers a master's program in Science Education and Communication, which includes teachers training to pre-university education in mathematics, physics, chemistry, research, and design or computer science.
