Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University Campuses

Since 1965, Embry-Riddle has had its oldest residential campus (185 acres [0.75 km2]) and academic headquarters in Daytona Beach, Florida. The campus is located near the Daytona Beach International Airport and is linked to an aircraft ramp owned by the University for Flight training. The main campus is made up of an aviation complex, an academic quad, and residence halls that surround the student center and the Jack R. Hunt Aviator Park. There are seven residence halls on campus and one off-campus housing complex. The east side of campus houses athletic facilities, the Brigadier General William W. Spruance ROTC Center, and the ICI Center.

  Hunt Library is the main library at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Hunt Library, on the third and fourth floors of the Student Union, offers a variety of study and learning spaces, including group study rooms, individual study carrels, collaborative tables and pods, and leisure reading areas. There are 417 seats in the library, 91 computer workstations, six networked printers, and three photocopiers/scanners. On the third floor, across from the Borrow Desk, the Hunt Library has five large group study rooms. On the fourth floor, there is a quiet study area as well as a classroom for library instruction and faculty workshops.

  The department of housing and residential life at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University provides housing services. For Embry-Riddle students, living on campus is an exciting opportunity. Its eight residence halls and one off-campus housing complex provide excellent opportunities for students to form positive and long-lasting friendships. For their first two (2) years at ERAU, all students under the age of 21 are required to live in university residence halls and apartments managed by the Department of Housing and Residence Life.
