Bachelor’s Degree: A recognized undergraduate degree (minimum of 3 years) in any field from an accredited institution.

English Proficiency:

TOEFL iBT (minimum 95)

IELTS (minimum 7.0)

Cambridge C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency

Exemptions possible if your previous education was entirely in English

Admission Test:

GMAT or GRE score (recommended but not mandatory)

Alternatively, ESMT admission test may be accepted

Work Experience:

For Master in Management (MIM): No full-time experience required, but internships are valued

For Master in Global Management or Innovation & Analytics: Some practical exposure preferred

CV/Resume: Detailing educational background, work experience (if any), and extracurricular involvement

Motivation Letter: Explaining your goals, why ESMT, and how the program fits your career plans

Letters of Recommendation: Usually one academic or professional reference
