Far Eastern Federal University abbreviated as FEFU is a Russian higher education establishment located in Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai. The university was established as Eastern Institute in 1899 and adopted its present name in 2008. It currently enrols over 41000 undergraduate and graduate students.

Far Eastern Federal University has its campus located on the Russky Island in the city of Vladivostok in Russia.
