Bachelor's Admission Requirements – UFCSPA

1. Completion of High School (Ensino Médio)

You must have completed Brazilian high school education or an equivalent qualification if you're an international student.

2. National Entrance Exam – ENEM

The Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (ENEM) is the primary route for admission.

Your ENEM scores are submitted through SISU (Sistema de Seleção Unificada), the unified selection system for federal universities in Brazil.

UFCSPA sets minimum score requirements for each program, especially competitive ones like Medicine, Nutrition, and Biomedicine.

3. Program-Specific Requirements

Each undergraduate program may have:

A minimum cut-off ENEM score.

Additional selection criteria, depending on the course.

Popular programs (e.g., Medicine) are highly competitive, requiring top ENEM performance.

4. Additional Selection Paths (if applicable)

UFCSPA may offer other selection methods for specific student groups, such as:

Quota systems (Sistema de Cotas) for public school students, low-income applicants, or racial/ethnic groups.

International student pathways, if available, with additional documentation and Portuguese proficiency requirements.

5. Language Requirements (for international students)

Portuguese Proficiency: As classes are conducted in Portuguese, international students may need to prove proficiency, usually through the CELPE-Bras exam.
