Federal University of Rio Grande Do Norte History

Federal University of Rio Grande Do Norte was established in the year 1960. It is a public university which is situated in Natal in Brazil. It holds its history back in 1958 as it has derived from University of Rio Grande do Norte which was formed in 1958 after the merger of few colleges and schools in Natal.

Federal University of Rio Grande Do Norte Programs, Courses and Schools

Federal University of Rio Grande Do Norte is organised into 14 schools and six institutes which are further divided into more than 60 departments. It offers bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree programs. Students can also apply for research studies and student exchange program.

It is the home to highly qualified teachers, both permanent professors and assistant professors. Other courses option include language courses, professional master’s, trainings, technical education, distance education and extension program. It is the main seismology centre of the country and its courses like Law are highly ranked courses.
