While F&M cannot guarantee jobs, the OSPGD (Career Services) and OIP provide extensive support: career counseling, resume/cover letter review, interview prep, access to job boards (Handshake), networking events with employers (including those hiring internationals), and workshops specifically on U.S. job search strategies and work authorization (OPT/STEM OPT).
