unibz typically has multiple application rounds. The first round for EU and non-EU applicants usually opens in early March and closes in late April. It is highly recommended to apply in the first round as many programmes have limited places.

How safe are the cities of Bolzano, Brixen, and Bruneck?

The cities where unibz campuses are located are considered very safe, with low crime rates. They are friendly, mid-sized towns where you can feel comfortable walking alone, even at night.

What support does the university offer for student safety and well-being?

Does the university guarantee accommodation for students?

While unibz does not have traditional dormitories, it reserves a large number of apartments and rooms in private residences for its students. You must apply for this reserved accommodation through the online portal, and it is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
