Everything You Need to Know About Application Requirements at Georgian Technical University

Academic Qualification:

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recognized credential. Admission is contingent upon passing GTU’s entrance examinations. 

Language Proficiency:

B2-level English proficiency is mandatory. A prior degree conducted in English may exempt students from testing. Otherwise, GTU administers its English language testing. 

Entrance Exam:

GTU administers faculty-specific entrance tests—topics and schedules are posted online at least one month before exams. Success in theses exams is a prerequisite for enrolment.

English language certificate or successful test result

CV and motivation letter

Additional documents for international applicants as per national guidelines (e.g. proof of address)

Admission Process:

Similar to Bachelor’s, but includes exam results as entry criteria. Upon successful evaluation and verification by the national accreditation body, Master’s students finalize enrollment through respective faculties.
